Your lucky star 2004-03-21 4:41 p.m. Today’s Sunday times says that for Sagittarians, “Somebody close is in a very sensitive and romantic mood, so if you have a mate, be extra loving and giving towards them. This weekend is a great time for helping youngsters.” Let’s see how relevant that is to me. One, I don’t have that many girls close to me, even if you count schoolmates and church friends. Those that I know are either attached or have feelings for another boy. (Poor me indeed). Ok, let’s imagine that I have a mate (ahem CH don’t laugh), it would be quite likely that I would only be giving towards that person and not loving. Besides, how would you define loving? Finally, it may be a great time to help youngsters indeed, be I found no chance to do that, even after church. Sigh, I wish things could change…. Ok, let’s examine other horoscopes. For Virgo, the paper says “Romance is exceptionally well starred this week, so if you fell fancy free, don’t skulk about at home. This weekend, friends may be dropping in on you. Smile and welcome them.” Umm who is born between August 23 and September 22? Ah yes, the one and only Chan Chih Hung. However, according to my memory, he wishes to abstain from relationships until he enters university. (Knowing him, h never keeps such pledges). So may be some fortunate girl may catch him (or the other way round). “Friends may be dropping in on you…” During my last meeting with him, he says that he won’t miss his class because most of them are with him in Tekong. Well, “most” refers to mainly the boys. It’s highly unlikely the girls will bother to visit him. (That’s my opinion Mr. Chan. You don’t need to get upset over it.) Maybe this is more relevant to Seng Woon. After all, is he not the one girls chase after? (Or maybe the one who chases after girls.) Yes, he’s one of the more out going of my friends who hangs around with more girls than guys. Skipping down the list, we hit Libra. “For some, this week may be important in some way or perhaps you’re just harking back to the past. The weekend provides the opportunity to meet new people.” Now this sounds quite like my old AC mate Kevin Wong. He always searches for new faces when ever he has the chance… For those under Scorpio, it sounds quite unlikely that you should bother double checking on your mate(s) whether she or they would definitely turn up for meetings. Ok, maybe people will double check, but not for Feng Yi’s case. When he bothers to go out, his friends are always there. Umm, there are so many other stars…Ok Taurus. That is where Lucas Neo falls in. “You’ll be spending money this week perhaps because you want to impress somebody. Romance certainly seems to be on your mind. You’ve got loads of energy too, so get into some sporty activities.” I don’t know how true that is of him, maybe the last line fits him. Well, there are so many more to comment on. I think the best to ponder on is the one for Cancerians. “The more adventurous you are this week, the more fun you will have and the greater your chance of finding romance will be. You’re at your most vital, energetic and physical and you’ll need an outlet.” (Hint for someone I know.) That’s it. Am too tired to comment on the rest.
