About Me
The writer is currently an Undergraduate at the University of Birmingham, UK. He wishes to espouse an amalgamation of entries and thoughts in this site with the aim not just to entertain but to provoke discussion, especially on his write ups on social issues and current affairs. Apart from heavily engaging in this activity, he enjoys a wide range dramas and musicals, especially those that carry insightful messages. He is also a self proclaimed music critic, a history buff and most recently a novelist and a scriptwriter. He holds a strong interest in the workings of macro-economics, particularly international trade policies and international development, Post-Modernism/Post-Structuralism as well as International Political Economy. Finally....Snow!!! *

Apologies to John Lennon for this but YES IT’S SNOWING IN BIRMINGHAM!!!
Started yesterday (8th of February 2007) and still snowing heavily as I write. I don’t trust the weather forecast one bit. Some random bits here and there:
Took like more than sixty photos of the beautiful snowy Vale, Tennis Courts, Shackleton. The ducks some how have an tiny un-frozen part of the lake which they can use. Otherwise, they are walking on the ice. SOOO cute!!!!!! ( Forgive me for my childishness)
Helen and Heather made a mini snowman. Then Stacey and Heather made one medium sized one which met its demise through te huge whack from passerbys. Please hold a moment of silence for the death of the snowman.
I on the other hand, wrote my initials on the snow at least twice and packed snow in the form of my surname on the window. Original eh?
Classes have been cancelled for various economics modules but not mine. How wonderful.
The University grounds are darn picturesque. Snowmans are popping up by the dozens.
Fun to walk on the snow, not on the pavement, which is super slippery
